proper interpretation or applica-
tion of any of the provisions of
the present Treaty shall be sub-
mitted to the decision of the
Permanent Court of International
Justice at The Hague,
Nevertheless, any disputes
which may arise as to the treat-
ment of goods or the application
of the provisions relating to tariff
questions or navigation,and which
require immediate settlement,
shall be submitted, at the request
of either of the High Contracting
Parties; to an arbitral tribunal
established for each dispute and
composed of three members, of
whom each of the High Contract-
ing Parties will nominate one,
and the third shall be appointed
by agreement between the two
High Contracting Parties, or,
failing agreement between them,
by the President of the Permanent
Court of International Justice.
The decisions of this tribunal
will be final and possess binding
force.
ARTICLE 34.
His Britannic Majesty may,
through his Representative at
Bucharest, give notice of his
desire that the present Treaty
shall apply to any British colony
or protectorate or to any man-
dated area administered by his
Government in the United King-
dom of Great Britainand Northern
Ireland and, from the date of the
said notice the Treaty shall be in
force as between Roumania and
the territory specified in such
notice.
As regards any such territory
in respect of which the present
Treaty shall have been made
applicable under this Article,
either of the High Contracting
Parties shall have the right to
terminate the application of the
Treaty at any time on giving six
months’ notice to that effect.

ji care necesitd o solujiune ime-
liatd, vor fi supuse, la cererea
mela dintre Inaltele Parti Con-
ractante, unui Tribunal arbitral,
ronstituit pentru fiecare litigiu si
:ompus din 3 membri, dintre care
iecare din Inaltele Piryi Con-
sractante va numi unul, iar al
‘reilea va fi desemnat de comun
acord de ambele Parji Contrac-
tante sau, in lipsa unui acord, de
sdtre Pregedintele Curgii Perma-
nente de Justitie Internationald.
Deciziunile acestui Tribunal
vor fi definitive §i vor avea fortd
ybligatorie.
ARTICOLUL 34.
Majestatea Sa Britanied va
sutea, prin Reprezentantul Siu
la Bucuresti, si anunte dorinfa

bul va intra in vigoare Intre Ro-
ménia gi teritoriul specificat tn

In ceeace priveste orice aseme-
nea teritoriu, cu privire la care
prezentul tratat va fi fost facut
aplicabil conform acestui articol,
iecare dintre Inaltele Parti Con-
sractante va avea dreptul si de-
1unte aplicarea acestul tratat, in
rice moment, printr'un preaviz
lo 6 luni.
