We take this method of advising you that the Texas Wheat Growers’ Associa- 
tion is enthusiastically supporting the movement to get Government loans for 
organization work and securing facilities to handle grain. 
Mr. A. P. Sprague, who is representing the wheat pools to secure such legisla- 
lion, will be glad to fully explain the whole matter to you and we trust you 
will give him your help.
