total floor space of this new bnildiug will be over 190,000 sq. ft. and 
will contain more than seventy large modern offices. 
Upon completion of these three new buildings, they will contri- 
bute, not a little, to the fame and prosperity already attained by 
Marunouchi as the business and industrial center of Tokyo.
