named in the Freedmen’s Bank Act of

Gregory, J. W. Alvord, George Whipple, A. S. 
Hatch, E. A. Lambert, W. G. Lambert, Roe 
Lockwood, R. HH. Manning, R. W. Ropes, Walter 
T. Hatch, Albert Woodruff, and Thomas Denney, 
of New York; John M. Forbes, William Claflin,
