STOPPING LIMITS—MILLS DRIVEN IN GROUPS 
Rule 132. 
(a) Mills driven in groups of two or more and having a diameter 
of the front roll up to and including sixteen and one-half (1615) 
inches and running empty at any speed shall be stopped within a 
distance of not more than eichteen (18) inches’ travel after the 
safety is tripped.
