the articles made by the Licensee under the said Letters 
Patent in the preceding half year and shall on the expiration 
or determination of this Licence pay to the said Public 
Trustee a similar royalty made 
by the Licensee under the said Letters Patent during the 
period since the last half-yearly day for payment of royalty. 
3. The Licensee shall during the continuance of this Licence 
keep proper accounts in separate books containing full par 
ticulars of (a) all made by the Licensee under 
the said Letters Patent and of the price or prices charged 
therefor (b) all other matters and things which may be material 
for the purpose of showing the amounts from time to time 
payable by the Licensee in respect of the aforesaid royalty 
and shall within ten days after each of the half-yearly days 
aforesaid and also within ten days after the date of the expira 
tion or determination of this Licence deliver to the Board of 
Trade a statement in writing showing the amount then 
payable by the Licensee in respect of the aforesaid royalty. 
4. The Licensee shall during the continuance of this Licence 
give all such information as the Board of Trade may consider 
to be material for the purpose of ascertaining the amount of 
royalty payable by the Licensee under this Licence and the 
cost of producing and the price or prices charged by the 
Licensee for the said and for that purpose 
shall if requested by the Board of Trade permit such person 
or persons as may be authorised in that behalf by the Board 
of Trade at any time or times to enter upon and inspect any 
factory or place of business of the Licensee in which the 
manufacture of the said shall be carried on 
at any reasonable hour : 
5. If any payment of Royalty under this Licence shall be 
in arrear for one month after the same shall have become due 
under the provisions herein contained (whether demand 
therefor shall have been made by the Board of Trade or not) 
or if the Licensee shall or shall attempt to assign or part with 
the benefit of or grant any sub-licence under this Licence or 
shall make default in the performance or observance of any 
obligation on his part herein contained and shall not have made 
good the same within fourteen days after the Board of Trade 
shall by notice in writing have required him so to do then the
