Messrs. Pagnier &amp; Co. simply write that there is no market for
macaroni wheat in the Netherlands, but that a market may be worked
up for flour made of this wheat, and add that if any American firm
would undertake the manufacture and exportation of such flour
they would be glad to act as agents or commssioners for such firm
and do their best to push the trade.
It may be pertinent in this connection to call attention
fact that there is no duty on wheat flour in this country.
