Ten copies of every new compilation or corrected edition of the Colonial Laws in volume form, and ten copies of separate prints of the laws contained in the volumes, will be forwarded to the Secretary of State. 178. As soon as possible after the close of each year the Colonial Secretary will cause the annual Blue Book to be completed, and will certify the accuracy of its contents. The Governor will immediately transmit 1t in duplicate to the Secretary of State. 179.
