According to the benzine extraction system, as tabulat- 
od above, the oil percentage to the beans is 14 per cent or 
so, what oil and fat have been retained in the residue being 
not more than 2.5 per cent or thereabouts. Bean meal 
looks well with a good lustre and is convenient to handle, 
besides making an excellent manure. In price it is 10 to 
20 per cent higher than round cake, ete. 
However the mechanical and other equipments are 
necessarily complex and require a large capital to be fixed.
