ARTICLE 37. 
The present Treaty shall be 
ratified and the ratifications shall 
be exchanged at Bucharest as 
soon as possible. It shall come 
into force immediately on the 
exchange of ratifications, and 
shall be binding during a period 
of three years from the date of 
such exchange. 
In case neither of the High 
Contracting Parties shall have 
given notice to the other six 
months before the expiration of 
the said period of three years of 
his intention to terminate the 
Treaty, it shall remain in force 
until the expiration of six months 
from the date on which notice of 
such intention is given. 
In the absence of an express 
provision to that effect, a notice 
given under the second paragraph 
of this Article shall not affect the 
operation of the Treaty as be- 
tween Roumania and any terri- 
tory to which the Treaty may 
have been extended under the 
provisions of Article 35. 
Ix witness whereof the above- 
mentioned plenipotentiaries have 
signed the present Treaty and 
have affixed thereto their seals. 
Done in duplicate at London 
this 6th day of August, 1930, 
in both English and Roumanian, 
both texts being authentic. 
ARTICOLUL 37. 
Prezentul tratat va fi ratificat 
3i ratificirile vor fi schimbate la 
Bucuresti cit mai curfnd posibil. 
El va intra in vigoare imediat 
dup schimbul ratiticarilor si va 
fi obligator timp de 3 ani dela 
data acestul schimb de ratificiri. 
In cazul in care nici una dintre 
naltele Parji Contractante nu 
va fi ingtiinfat cealaltd Parts, 
su 6 luni inainte de expirares 
suszisului termen de 3 ani, de 
ntenjiunea sa de a denunfa 
tratatul, el va raméne in vigoare 
pind la expirarea unui termen 
de 6 luni dela data la care sa 
dat preavizul de denuntare. 
In lipsa unei dispozifiuni 
’xprese in acest sens, un aviz dat 
onform alineatului IL al acestui 
irticol nu va afecta valabilitatea 
ratatului cu privire la rela- 
funile dintre Roménia si orice 
eritoriu asupra ciruia sa extins 
ratatul conform dispozitiunilor 
articolului 35.
