square hole. It pays to find the right place
where the peg fits. The ablest banker in
London would be stupid if he were made to
conduct an orchestra.

An employer must not only use all his own
brains and the full power of his will. He must
use all the brains on his pay-roll. If he is only
getting the body-power of his people, and
10 per cent. of the brain-power, that is not
enough.

Every employee is four-fold. He consists of
body, brain, feelings and will, and an employer
should try to develop all four. If he can win
the body-power, brain-power, heart-power
and will-power of his people, he will have an
unbeatable firm.
