"THE MAN WHO IS UNBEATABLE

He is apparently an ordinary man, except for
one thing—he is always learning a bit more
and pushing ahead.
He now has two shops. He is making a tidy
sum every year in net profits. In ten years he
will be the leading shopkeeper of his town.
The one-eyed man will be king, because his
competitors are blind.

So, it is not always size that counts. Some
men have ten talents and bury them in the
ground, while a man who has one talent
prospers.

No man need be disheartened because he is
not brilliant. He can beat all the brilliant do-
nothings by learning a little bit more and
pushing ahead. He can make up for his lack
of capital by having a more unbeatable will.

It comes to this—that a man must prepare
himself for his Chance—his Opportunity.
Every man has dozens of Opportunities in his
lifetime, but they catch him unprepared. His
Purpose-will is weak. Some fear makes him
hold back. And his Opportunity is snatched
up by somebody else.

What is an Opportunity ? It is any fact or
event which arouses you to act with advantage
to yourself. It is nothing at all to you if you
lack the will-power to make a quick decision.
