strong nations; active support and assistance of the
weak nation, against injustice and oppression; duty of
apholding national rights; unworthy fear of war
incompatible with national honour; arbitration of
other nations in questions involving national honour,
inadmissible ; International Law ; Treaties and Conventions.

Rights, responsibilities and duties of the nation towards
its own subjects ; recognition of the right of the nation to
lawfully restrain and govern each individual of its subjects,
 necessary to freedom; claims of each individual
upon the nation ; duty of the nation to provide the means
for the subsistence and reasonable comfort of each individual
 ; the destitution of any one individual willing
to work, a dishonour to the nation ; sufficient employment
 for all should be provided by indirect means;
false and sound views of national economy; just and
equitable employment of national resources; the uses
of national wealth ; the responsibilities and dangers of
national wealth ; the deification of trade.
From the third group of the primary series the member
 ¢ Missionary Enterprize’ includes :—Missionary education
 of the ignorant as anational duty; the question
whether this should be directly undertaken by the state
