 in sich vereinigen. Ergebnis: Eine Erhöhung der Zahl der Entmündigungen,
 eine raschere Durchführung des Entmündigungsverfahrens,
eine Erleichterung in der Bestellung eines vorläufigen Vormundes, eine
vermehrte Ausnützung der Möglichkeit, das Entmündigungsverfahren in geeigneten
 Fällen auszusetzen und schliesslich die Sicherheit, dass der entmündigte

Section 2: A recognizance under this Act may contain such additional
conditions as the court may, having regard to the particular circumstances
of the case, order to be inserted therein with respect to all or any of the
following matters:
a) for prohibiting the offender from associating with thieves and other
undesirable persons, or from firequenting undesirable places;
bh} as to abstention from intoxicating liquor, where the offence was drunkenness
 or an offence committed under the influence of drink etc,

me a chance to redeem my character, and to become a sober and better
citizen, J hereby freely and voluntarily sign the following
Pledge:
I will abstain from the use of intoxicating liquors of every kind for one
year from this date, the ... day of... 191... and I further promise not to
frequent public-houses, drinking clubs or other undesirable places etc.
