of the above ministry. Its essential project is to further the sales in
foreign countries. It is to organize a special bureau to fix prices for
the different varieties of tea, to establish branch selling shops in all
the important foreign cities, and to unite all the tea merchants in all
Bis Poviness to secure a uniform method of carrying out the tea
usiness.
