Members who maintain a factory stock in another town than the seat of the
factory must separately charge upon their bills the expense for freight from
the factory to the stock room.
There must in general be no refund upon rebut.
The sale of wares en bloc by weight or measure is prohibited. Sales must
be made at unit prices.
Every unauthorized deduction in the settlement of bills obliges the members
to transfer the unauthorized deduction to the association for collection under
penalty of Ilncurring a conventional fine of 300 to 1,000 marks for every
violation of the rule.
The agents of the members must be pledged not to give customers any part
of their commission.

EMBALLAGE AND PACKING EXPENSES.
Cases and coverings must be charged for and must not be set down cheaper
than heretofore by every manufacturer.
Three per cent must be added for packing at the end of every bill, but cases
will be taken back at the full price. For loose packing in cars at least 80
marks per 100 kg. must be charged. Bundle packing is not to be charged at
80 marks per 100 kg. but at 3 per cent in case the charge at 80 marks per
100 kg. does not exceed the percentage charge.
For coffee sets, nine pieces, which are specially packed in packages, there
must be added 15 marks at the close of the bill. Therefore the set must
not be invoiced 15 marks higher, but the packing must be charged as such.
In like manner 30 pfennig must be charged for cartons,
REBUT (BRUCH).

Rebut must not be included in the articles enumerated in the new minimum
price list for delivery in the German market. Those factories of scale I, which
up to this time have not manufactured dinner and hotel ware, are excepted
80 long as they shall not manufacture such wares. These factories are only
permitted to put rebut dessert plates belonging to coffee services on the market.
It is prohibited to sell thin cups in rebut on the German market.
Decorated rebut must not be put upon the market except at the established
minimum prices of the IV selection.
Rebut must not be sold en bloc by weight or measure, but only at unit
prices, as, for instance, 15 dozen plates, 10 dozen cups.
Everyone may sell as he wishes such rebut as is free for sale, but the rebut
must be designated as such by two parallel strokes.
Rebut must consist only of such chinaware as has the following defects:
Very yellow wares, cast outs, wares not glazed over, objects with rents in
glaze, wares with large fire-clay pieces, serious handle fissures, large border
cracks. sand spots which can not be ground, and very spotted wares.

IV selection is ware that has visible gross and easily: noticeable defects.
The members who are entitled to sell at the scale I must obtain permission
from the general assembly. Otherwise the prices of scalés II or III are controlling
 as minimum prices.
At the request of the board of control each member must send in one piece
ef ware to determine the sizes, so that supervision may be exercised to discover
whether sizes are shifted.
This price list and the terms of sale apply only to wares that are delivered
to customers in the German Empire.
Regarding minimum prices, Switzerland is to be treated as inland. The
regulations concerning reciprocal declarations of dealers do not apply to
Switzerland.
Upon minimum sales of 25,000 marks per annum to Switzerland a turnover
premium of 10 per cent may be allowed.
Section IV of the new minimum price list applies to the following factories:
