UNION OF FUSE MANUFACTURERS OF GERMANY AND BELGIUM.

The following translation of the agreement between the German
and Belgium fuse manufacturers shows the prices, terms, and conditions
 which were imposed upon the members:

1. All concerns which are selling fuses are compelled by the Union to sell
at fixed prices and shipment conditions and are not permitted to grant the purchasers
 any discount.
2. The selling prices fixed by the Union sre as follows:
(a) For dealers, in lots of less than 500 coils, and for consumers net, without
discount.
(b) For dealers, in lots of 500 or more coils, 5 per cent discount,
(¢) For wholesale dealers, under contract for at least 10,000 coils per year,
10 per cent discount.
3. Delivery freight free to any station in Germany, Luxemburg, or Holland.
For every shipment of less than 200 rings an addition of 1 mark will be charged.
4. The packing in wooden cases is included in the fixed selling prices. Empty
cases can not be returned, and the selling parties should not accept them.
5. Payment has to be made within 30 days after the date of the invoice less
discount of 2 per cent, 90 days net.
Terms of payment.—Two per cent off if paid within 30 days, or 3 months net.
For shipments under 200 coils an addition of 1 mark will be made.
Special terms will be made for kinds not included in this list. Tarred fuses
may be obtained, if desired, in bright black or gray.
