192 REPORT ON COOPERATION IN AMERICAN EXPORT TRADE,
ARTICLE XXXIII.

It is expressly agreed between the parties for a period of one year from the
signature of these presents:
1. That the prices which they charge to resellers shall not be less than those
of the participation tariff minus 20 per cent for * stock” capsules and 15 per
cent for the capsules known as “ a marque” (stamped).
2. That the amount of business entered to the account of those coparticipants
who have delivered capsules to resellers shall be equal to that which would
result from applying the participation tariff less 5 per cent.
For the purpose of the execution of these presents the parties elect domicile

In addition, it has been agreed as follows:
I. COMMITTEE.
ArTicre I.

The head office of the association shall be at Paris.
In consequence of the appointment of the members of the committee in conformity
 with the agreement of association, and in consequence of resolutions
arrived at by the members of the committee themselves, the latter is composed
ps follows:
1. Mr. Meynieu, president.
2. Mr. Lelievre, treasurer.
3. Mr. Bryce, for Messrs. Betts &amp; Co.
4. Mr. Lambert, for the establishment Messrs. Cauvet Lambert &amp; Co.

ArticLe II.

The members of the committee shall be obliged to meet every three months,
eommencing from the 1st of April .
The day of the meeting is fixed for the second Friday of the month in which it
is to take place.
Any member prevented from attending may be represented, but only by
another member of the committee. The committee being composed of firms. any
one of the partners or directors may represent his firm. '
No member of the committee may represent more than one member prevented
Irom attending. ?
The services of the members of the committee are gratuitous.
However, the traveling expenses of each member of the committee from his
place of residence to the head office of the committee and back shall be entered
to the expenses of the association, and a voucher proving their presence shall be
allowed to each one, the value of such voucher being 25 francs per day.
Articie IIL.

Apart from the obligatory meetings just mentioned, the members of the committee
 shall also be obliged to meet within a fortnight following the date on
which four at least of their colleagues shall have requested them to do so,
and have stated their reasons for such request.
ArTICIE IV.

The resolutions of the committee shall only be valid if three at least of its
members are present or represented.
In the case of votes being even, the chairman shall cast the deciding vote.
Any member of the committee who shall arrive at a meeting, more than
a quarter of an hour after the time fixed shall lose his right to a presence
voucher.
