8. Within the eight days which precede each ordinary and extraordinary
Eeneral meeting, the manager shall acquaint the coparticipants with the questions
 which are to be submitted to them for discussion and approbation and
shall let them know the hour, place, and day of the meeting.
Every participant who wishes to submit a proposal to his colleagues upon the
occasion of one of these meetings must have advised the manager thereof 15
days beforehand.
4. Every member of the participation who is prevented from attending must
be represented by one of his colleagues.
5. No one may represent more than one member of the association,
6. Any member of the association arriving more than 15 minutes late for a
meeting shall be subject to a fine of 25 francs.
ARTICLE XVIII

1. In order to be valid, the resolutions of the members of the participation
must have been passed by two-thirds of the votes allotted according to Article
XXVI of the contract of association. .
2. Provided always that any resolution tending to modify the agreement of
the association shall only be valid if it is passed by at least four-fifths of the
votes allotted by the aforesaid Article XXVI.
3. In the event of there not being a quorum present on the occasion of a first
meeting, a second meeting shall be convened within 15 days and the decisions
of the latter meeting shall be valid whatever may be the number of votes
present or represented. The above majorities shall then solely be calculated in
accordance with the number of votes belonging to members either present or
represented.

ArricLE XIX,
The ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of the association shall
be presided over by the manager.

ARTICLE XX.

In the event of a member of the association during the first year finding that
he is an overproducer by reason of the execution of contracts which were not
taken into account in the establishing of the 1910 trade figures, he shall have
the right to call the attention of the manager to such contracts. who shall submit
 them to the members of the association.
The members of the association may execute these contracts without their
being considered in the establishing of the association accounts.
In the event of the members declining to execute the contracts the member
who took them originally shall execute them without their being considered
in the establishment of the association account.
A fourth part of the trade represented by the sum of the said contracts shall
be divided at the end of the first business year between all the members of the
association in accordance with the rules laid down in the said contract of
association.
Each member, however, will, in accordance with the rules of the contracts
of association bear the consequences of all contracts taken subsequently to the
24th day of February, 1911.
