Definition : ‘Visitor” : Any person visiting a country other than that in
which he has his usual place of residence for all reasons
including persons commuting to work and temporary and seasonal
workers but excluding crews, diplomats, military personnel,
and persons not clearing Customs area.
"Tourist" : A visitor staying one or more nights for leisure,
business, family, mission, meeting and temporary and seasonal
employment and cruise passengers.
'‘Excursionist" : A visitor entering Canada and leaving on the
same day for the above purposes and including persons commusing
 to work and cruise passengers.
