The following Form of Rules has been prepared by the' chief registrar for the purpose of assisting benevolent societies in complying with the provisions of the Friendly Societies Act, 1875. It is applicable, with slight modifica tion, to working men’s clubs and (subject to the special; rules provided in each case) to specially authorized Societies.. The blanks may be filled as the society may think fit. I.—Constitution of Society. The society is a benevolent society, composed of persons over sixteen years of age (a). II.—Name of Society and Place of Registered Office.
