(HILE—PROPOSED NEW CUSTOMS TARIFF. 
Translation of a Bill, as passed by the Chilean Chamber of Deputies, 
containing a Proposed New Customs Tariff for Chile; to which 
the Rates of Duty leviable under the Present Tariff have been 
added, as far as possible, for purpose of Comparison. 
Article 1.—Foreign products or merchandise, when" imported for consumption in the 
country, shall be subject to the following Customs duties, excepting where classified
