S. Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization, Immigration Bulletin (monthly). The Volume of Unemployment and the Volume of Immigration. The analysis in the preceding sections has indicated rather clearly that fluctuations in both emigration and immigration are closely related to employment conditions in this country.
