LUXEMBURG A. — Budgetary Situation It is not possible to give an exact statement of the expenditure of Luxem- burg for any fiscal year after 1922. That year was prolonged to March 31, 1924, and is closed, but the final expenditure can not be given so long as the 1921 account remains in abeyance. All figures given below are subject to later modification, especially as concerns expenditure.
