Moncron Tramways, Erectricity & Gas Co., Lrp.— Natural gas, electricity and street railways plants, located at Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. DempseyrowN Gas Co.—Furnishes gas to refineries and mdustrial plants at Oil City, Pa. The various Subsidiary Companies have a total of 2700 producing oil wells, 500 gas wells, 285,000 acres of oil and gas rights under lease and in fee. Natural Gas, 1,600,000 gallons Casinghead Gasoline, 22,000 tons Zinc Con- zentrates, 9,200 tons Tripoli Products. Capital Stock Out- standing, $16,713,400; Undivided Surplus, $7,175,673; total Consolidated Assets after deducting Depreciation and Deple- tion, $38.828.796.
