2. CLASS A COMMON SHARES 
Provisions: Entitled to preferential over Class B shares in an amount equal 
cumulative dividends of $1.50 per share to total amount paid in to the com- 
per annum. Also participates in any pany for Class A shares. After Class 
additional dividends to the extent that B receives amount equal to that paid 
additional dividend on Class A shall in for Class B stock, further distribu-
