Arcade Square: 99-year leasehold, expiring 2004, covering entire city block, 
235 by 360 ft., bounded by First and Second Avenues, University and Union 
Streets, in Seattle shopping district. The north half of the block is occupied by 
the Rhodes Department Store, a seven-story building completed in 1928 and leased 
for 30 years to the present tenants. South half is improved with a store and 
office building, 4 stories high, on Second Avenue and 7 stories on First Avenue. 
Hotel New Vendome—Leasehold, expiring Dec. 31, 2005, on land 40 by 111, 
on west side of First Ave. between Union and University St. Traffic tunnel, 
under First Avenue and New Vendome Hotel, connecting Arcade Square and 
Post Street. 
Estabrook and DeWolf Building, fronting 180 feet on Second Avenue at Un-
