HISTORY: Incorporated under laws of Delaware, April 19, 1928, to acquire all 
the assets of and assume liabilities of the Best Universal Lock Co., a Washing- 
ton corporation. 
BUSINESS: Holds patents on the Best Universal Locking System. Locks are 
manufactured under trusteeship by the Best Universal Lock Co. Seattle, Wash. 
Fiscal Year Ends: June 30. 
OFFICERS: Frank E. Best, President, Seattle, Wash.; C. C. McNutt, Trustee, 
Wilmington, Del.; Guy E. Stansel, Vice-Pres.,, Wilmington, Del.
