90 THE PROVINCIAL JUDICATURE, Superior Court does not sit as may be selected by the Fovernor. Ultimate The Court has an ultimate or final jurisdiction to the Jurisdie- . . Norns, exclusion of the Superior Court, (a) in all suits whenever the amount or value of the thing demanded is less than 100 dollars except cases within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Admiralty, and (0) in all suits for school taxes or school fees or zoncerning assessments for building or repairing churches, parsonages, or churchyards, whatever may be the amount of such suits, Jurisdie- The Court has an original jurisdiction to the exclusion al to of the Superior Court but subject to appeal, ippeal.
