4. The minimum wage for plumbers, braziers, fitters, and installers shall be 50 pfennige 
(6d.) per hour, and for pressers, 60 pfennige (7|t/.). 
5. In all cases of piece-work the minimum wage shall be guaranteed. 
6. If, in the case of new or changed work, differences arise as to the rate of payment, 
a committee chosen from that particular branch of work shall be called in to estimate the 
rate that should be paid. 
7. A piece-work ticket, stating the price to be paid, shall be handed to each piece 
worker before he begins to work. 
8. For work done away from the shop an additional 10 pfennige (1 \d.) per hour shall 
be paid. 
9. In all disputes as to the price to be paid for piece-work, the average earnings of the 
workman in question shall be paid, if the “ estimates committee ” approves the price 
or earnings. 
10. All tools, circular-saws, hand vices, pincers, steel, &c., shall be supplied by the firm. 
A circular-saw shall provided for every second bench. 
11. There shall be no stoppage of work before a representative of the Union has 
negotiated with the firm. 
12. No one shall be penalised for carrying out the provisions of this agreement, and the 
workmen entering into this agreement pledge themselves not to molest those at present 
employed by the firm.
