HISTORY: Organized Nov. 1, 1929, as consolidation of First National Bank ot 
Seattle (chartered 1882), Seattle National Bank (chartered 1882) and Dexter 
Horton National Bank of Seattle (chartered 1870), operating under latter's 
National Charter, issued in 1910. 
SUBSIDIARIES: First Seattle Dexter Horton Securities Co., organized to deal in 
securities and act as holding company for allied banks. Each share of bank 
stock carries pro rata interest in securities company.
