the last paragraph of rule 56 was canceled and rules 56a and 56h were added ;

Seventh revised edition, August 15, 1922, under which rules 15, 19, 20, 22, 25, 
26, 28, 32, 33, 36, 40, 41, 45a, 46, 48, 51, 52, 54, b5, 56a, 57d, 58, 65, and 69 were 
amended ; rule 47 has been divided to form rules 51 and 52; rule 74 inserted, 
relating to applications for renewals; rule 75 inserted, relating to the Interna- 
tional Bureau; rules 45a to 62 were renumbered 46 to 73, and rules 63 to 75 
renumbered 76 to 83. The forms were all revised. 
Eighth revised edition, May 15, 1923, under which rules 28 and 59 were 
amended. Tariff act added and customs regulations inserted.
