A. — Budgetary Situation
The Norwegian fiscal year runs from July Ist-June 30th. Until this
fiscal year the budget consisted of two parts, an ordinary and an extraordinary
budget. This form is now replaced by a budget which distinguishes between
expenditures and receipts connected with arrangement and administration of
state stitutions and those connected with the national capital.
