Regulations for His Majesty's Colonial Services. 
CORRECTION. 
For Regulation 365 substitute :— 
365. The Treasurer will furnish to the Colonial 
Secretary, for transmission by the Governor to the 
Secretary of State, the following periodical returns :— 
(a) ANNUALLY. 
(i) An Abstract Account of the total revenue 
and expenditure of the year under each head of 
receipt and payment, showing the opening and 
closing balances in both the Treasurer’s and Crown 
Agents’ accounts; 
(i) Detailed statements of revenue and expendi- 
ture, arranged according to sub-heads, showing 
the excess or saving on each sub-head and the 
net excess or saving on each head, and showing 
also any supplementary votes for expenditure 
under any sub-head ; 
(iii) A full statement of the expenditure on 
works and other payments chargeable to Loan 
Accounts; 
(iv) A statement of the Assets and Liabilities 
at the close of the year; 
(v) A statement of the public debt of the Colony, 
showing the several amounts of the loans issued 
and of their respective sinking funds; 
(vi) A statement of the investments of the 
Colonial Government at the close of the year; 
(vii) A statement of the receipts, issues, 
balances in hand, and the assets and liabilities of 
the Savings Bank, showing "separately the 
revenue derived from Savings Bank investments, 
the interest credited to depositors, and the ex- 
penses of the management of the institution 
(b) QUARTERLY." 
(viii) A comparative statement of the revenue 
and expenditure to the close of the previous 
quarter,
