THOMSON'S MANUAL
2. 6% CUMULATIVE PREFERRED STOCK

Provisions: Shares equally with 7%
Preferred, preference as to assets and
dividends. Entitled to 6% cumulative
dividends and in liquidation is entitled
to $110 a share.
Sinking Fund: Annual payments to
a sinking fund, starting July 1, 1933, in
an amount sufficient to retire 2% of
the largest amount at any time outstanding.

Callable: At $110, on any dividend
date, on 60 days’ notice.
Voting Power: No vote except in default
 of six quarterly dividends, when
the holders of both classes of Preferred
have the exclusive right to elect directors.


Dividends: Payable quarterly, Jan. 1,
etc.,, 6% per annum. Initial dividend
Joly 1, 1928. Paid regularly to May,
Transfer Agent: Chase National
Bank, New York City.
Registrar: Bank of America, N. A.
New York City.
Public Offering: 2,000,000 shares by
