The manufacture of tyres and tubes accounts for 55-59 per cent. of the output and footgear for 30.28 per cent. The other classes of goods are all
small relatively to the total. Imports are only of importance in rubber clothing and bicycle covers and inner tubes, and to a less extent in hose
and belting,
