By an Order of the Board of Trade, dated 28th February, 1916, under section 1 (1) of the above mentioned Act, requiring the business of the above named Company to be wound up, Mr. John Sell Cotman, Chartered Accountant, of 10, Coleman-street, E. C., was appointed Controller of the Company, to control and supervise the carrying out of the said order and to conduct the winding-up of the business. Notice is hereby given, that the creditors of the Company are required, on or before | the 30 th day of June, 1916, to send their names and adresses, and the particulars of their | debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to Mr. J. S. Cotman, Chartered Accountant, of 10, Coleman-street, E. C., the Controller of the Company; and, if so required, by notice in writing from ths said Controller, are, by their Solieitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified, in such notice, or in default thereof they will be exeluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the said Company must deliver them up to the said Controller, and all debts due to the Company must be paid to him at his address as above. Auf deutsch: | In Sachen des Ergänzsungsgesetzes 1916 und in Sachen der Rhenisch Rubber | Celluloid Company (1908) Limited, 58 Basinghall Street, E. C. und Devonshire-road | Mar-street Hackney N. E. | Durch eine Verfügung des Handelsamtes vom 28. Februar 1916 gemäß Abschnitt 1 i des oben erwähnten Gesetzes, durch welche das Geschäft der oben genannten Gesellschaft | liquidiert werden muß, wurde Herr John Sell Cotman, patentierter Bücherrevisor, Colemann-Straße Nummer 10, E. C. als Controller der Gesellschaftsfirma bezeichnet, um die Durchführung der genannten Verfügung zu besorgen und zu überwachen und die Liquidation des Geschäftes vorzunehmen. Die Gläubiger der Gesellschaft werden aufgefordert, am 30. Juni 1916 oder schon i vorher ihren Namen und ihre Adresse und die erforderlichen Angaben in bezug auf ihre | Schulden und Forderungen bekannt zu geben, ebenso wie die Namen und Adressen ihrer Anwälte, wenn sie solche haben, und zwar an Herrn J. 5. Cotman, patentierter Bücher- revisor, 10 Colemann-Straße, E. C., Controller der Gesellschaft ; sobald sie schriftlich vom genannten Controller aufgefordert werden, haben sie durch ihre Anwälte oder persönlich ihre Schulden und Forderungen zu der Zeit und an dem Orte zu beweisen, wie dies in der betreffenden Aufforderung näher ausgeführt ist. Im Falle der Unterlassung i sind sie von jedem Rechte auf den Liquidationserlös ausgeschlossen, so lange nicht die j betreffenden Schulden der Firma nachgewiesen sind. { Alle Personen, die in ihrem Besitz irgend welche Sachen haben, die der genannten | Gesellschaft gehören, müssen sie dem genannten Controller zustellen und alle Schulden, | die der Gesellschaft geschuldet werden, müssen an ihn an die oben erwähnte Adresse j bezahlt werden.
