Milchhäusern gegenüber drei 
‚or dem Kriege. 
Die für eine einheitliche und 
zedeihliche Produktion so über- 
aus wichtige Stabilisierung 
ler Preise ist seit 1924 auch 
3elungen, indem bei der öster- 
teichischen Landwirtschaftsge- 
jellschaft in Wien eine Milch- 
Preisbestimmungskom- 
Nission geschaffen wurde, 
Welche sich aus Vertretern der 
Produzenten, der Molkereien, 
der Milchhändler und der Kon- 
5uüumenten zusammensetzt und 
lie für Wien maßgebenden 
Preise bestimmt, nach welchen 
3ich nicht nur ganz Oesterreich, 
5ondern auch das angrenzende Ausland richten. Die Ein- 
berufung der Kommission wird je nach den Erfordernissen 
der Marktlage von demjenigen Teil der Parteien beantragt, 
Welcher dies von seinem Standpunkte aus für notwendig 
Aält und es ist seit dem 4jährigen Bestande der Kommission 
Stets gelungen, zwischen den anscheinend so entgegen- 
8esetzten Parteien eine Einigung zu erzielen. Sehr viel 
lat hiezu die Schaffung des sogenannten Industrie- 
Nildchpreises beigetragen, welcher bei Milchüberfluß 
von der Kommission festgesetzt wird und der Verwertung 
bei Verarbeitung auf Butter und Quark entspricht. Es 
Wird fallweise, entsprechend den tatsächlichen Verhält- 
üissen, welche durch ein eigenes Bureau erhoben werden, 
bestimmt, für welches perzentuelle Quantum der Ein- 
lieferung der Industriemilchpreis zur Anwendung kommen 
darf. Hiedurch ist es gelungen, die Detailverkaufspreise 
;eit vier Jahren unverändert zu belassen, was im Interesse 
On Produzenten, Konsumenten und Molkereien gelegen ist.

Als nächstes Ziel der genossenschaftlichen 
*olitik betrachte ich die Zusammenfassung der ge- 
amten Milchproduktion in einen großen genossenschaft- 
ichen Verband mit zentraler Leitung und, was sehr 
vichtig ist, mit zentraler Absatzregulierung. Ein erster 
rfreulicher Schritt wurde in Niederösterreich bereits durch 
lie Gründung des Landesverbandes der Mildc- 
ind Molkereigenossenschaften hiezu gemacht, 
lem von 662 in diesem Bundeslande bestehenden Milch- 
;senossenschaften 580 angehören. Es ist zu wünschen, daß 
liese Zentralorganisation auch in den andern Ländern 
Matz greifen möge. 
Jedenfalls muß festgestellt werden, daß,. wenn die 
Tilchwirtschaft heute in unserem armen Oesterreich eines 
ler wenigen Wirtschaftsgebiete ist, welche der allge- 
neinen trostlosen Stagnation nicht unterliegen, dies zum 
‚rößten Teile der durchgebildeten genossenschaftlichen 
rganisation zu verdanken ist.
