barung errichtete Tarifschiedsgerichte oder das Tarifamt des 
VDB. Das Tarifamt erhält einen unparteiischen Vorsitzenden. 
Fiür Streitigkeiten aus dem Akkordtarif hat es seiren 
Sitz in Leipzig, für Streitigkeiten aus dem Manteltarif in 
Berlin. 
XVII. Gülligkeilsdauer des Tarifes. 
82. Dieser Hauptoertrag gilt bis zum 30. Juni 1930. 
83. Wird der Vertrag nicht mindestens drei Monate vor 
Ablauf gekündigt, dann gilt er jeweils für ein weiteres Jahr, 
und zwar vom 1. Juli des einen bis zum 30. Juni des nächsten 
Jahres. 
84. Anträge auf Abänderung des Vertrages sind min— 
destens drei Monate vor seinem Ablauf einzureichen. Mit 
dem Inkrafttreten des Tarifes gelten alle vordem getroffenen 
entgegenstehenden Abmachungen als aufgehoben. 
XVIII. Schlußbestimmungen. 
85. Es ist Pflicht beider Teile und deren Organe, im 
Interesse des Berufes für die allgemeine Durchführung dieses 
Vertrages einzutreten. 
86. Neueintretende Firmen sind unter Aufhebung even⸗ 
tueller früherer Mehrbelastungen lediglich den Bestimmungen 
des vorliegenden Vertrages unterworfen, sobald auch Ar— 
beiten in Akkord verrichtet werden. 
87. Eventuellen gesetzlichen Neuregelungen soll durch die 
Bestimmungen des vorliegenden Vertrages nicht vorgegriffen 
werden. 
88. Mit dem Inkrafttreten dieses Vertrages wird der 
Hauptvertrag vom 23. Juni 1927 durch die Bestimmungen 
dieses Vertrages ersetzt.
