are  also  our  systems  of  weights  and  measures.
Direct  banking  is  done  with  the  United  States
through  nine  banks  in  the  island.
English  is  the  official  tongue,  Spanish  the
popular  language.
There  are  no  travelers’  taxes  and  samples
pay  no  duty.
