local  cement  manufacturing  concern.  The
fact  that  they  also  put  up  cement  in  bags
seemed  enough  to  warrant  them  in  using  this
copy,  although  the  picture  of  the  cook  surrounded ­
  by  the  paraphernalia  of  his  office  was
not  altered  in  the  least.
