A. — Budgetary Situation
Before the World War and until December 31, 1918, the Spanish fiscal
year coincided with the solar year. After that date the fiscal year ran from
April 1st to March 31st. A Royal Decree of March 31, 1924, prolonged
until June 30th the budget for the year 1923-24.
