A. — Budgetary Situation
The Norwegian fiscal year runs from July 1st-June 30th. Until this
fiscal year the budget consisted of two arts, an ordinary and an extraordinar

budget. This form is now replaced by a budget which distinguishes between
expenditures and receipts connected with arrangement and administration of
state Institutions and those connected with the national capital.
