Moufang,  explained  it  at  an  electoral  meeting,  on  the  27th  of
ebruary,  1871.  His  address  is  a  regular  exposition  of  econoico-rehgious
  principles,  and  as  it  is  the  creed  of  the  party,  it
IS  important  to  study  it  in  some  detail.
Canon  Moufang  starts  from  the  facts  which  he  looks  upon
as  proved  by  his  bishop.  The  wages  of  the  labourers  are  inurticient,
  and  their  condition  is  not  such  as  either  humanity  or
