Der hohe Anteil an der Ausfuhr kommt nur von der starken Ausfuhr an Rohstoffen — Flachs —, mit welchem Rußland fast alle Staaten versorgt. Die Erhöhung der Ein- und Ausfuhr von 1900 bis 1913 bet lägt in der Einfuhr ia d er Ausfuhr 25 Proz. 9° Proz ' Die Steigerung in der Ausfuhr ist nur auf die vermehrte Ausfuhr von Flachs zurückzuführen.
