B Names and addresses of trustees. C (1) Date of issue and maturity; (2) interest rate; (3) places at, and dates for payment of interest and principal; (4) where registerable or transferable; (5) kind and standard of money, and options; (6) tax exemptions; (7) whether redeemable or purchasable in whole or part by sinking fund or otherwise, showing (a) dates (b) price, (¢) duration and place of published notice; (8) specified reservation of stock for conversion.
