For pilotage from Delfzyl to Emden or vice versa one-half of the tariff has to be paid. The fees are to be paid in reichsmarks. B. Harbor pilotage is charged for in the following percentages of the sea pilotage cog: Emden Roads to Aussenhafen or vice versa... _ a—- Shifting of vessel in the same harbor basin_______. Loaded vessels calling at the port for bunkering purposes, and vessels which discharge, load, or additionally load up to 30 per cent of their burden, pay one- half of the tariff for draft and one-third of the gross registered tonnage fee.
