[Toth May, 1029.] BE it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same. as follows: — Pan: INCORPORATION OF COMPANIES ..I¢ THERETO BY MATTERS INCIDENTAL Memorandum of 1.—(1) Any seven or more persons, or, where the company to be Mode of forming formed will be a private company, any two or more persons, asso- opera ciated for any lawful purpose may, by subscribing their names to a memorandum of association and otherwise complying with the requirements of this Act in respect of registration, form an incor- porated company, with or without limited liability.
