This bill is, using the words that Congressman Williams used the other day, substantially different from the bill which was presented to the President before; but it is substantially similar to the other bill in one feature. Mr. Jones. I think in the main feature it is very similar to the other bill, and that was the reason for my other question as to whether you had any reason to hope for approval.
