D'EHCLARATION (FORMULE 25) Il n’est pas exigé de certificats d’origine, mais l’exportateur doit signer me déclaration, comme suit, sur les factures: : I, the undersigned, do solemnly and truly declare as follows: 1) ThatI.............. am the exporter of the goods in the within invoice mentioned or described shipped to ….........-.‘at -.........…. 2) That the said invoice is, to the best of my belief, in all respects correct and true. 3) That the said invoice contains a true and full statement showing the price actually paid or to be paid for the said goods, the actual quantity, the- reof, and all charges thereon. 4) That no «different invoice of the goods mentionned on the said invoice has been or will be furnished to any one; and 5) Trait no arrangements or understanding affecting the purchase price of the goods has been or will be made or entered into between the saïd exporter and the purchaser or by anyone on behalf of either of them, either by way of discount, rebate, salary, compensation, or in any manner whatever other than as shown in the said invoice.
